Sports DTS
Sports DTS is for people who love sport, being active, and getting outdoors — and want to use those things as a way to connect with people and share Jesus.
Based on the Gold Coast, you’ll get to enjoy a mix of sports and adventures like futsal, volleyball, basketball, outdoor soccer, golf, rock climbing, hiking, spikeball and more. The focus isn’t on being the best athlete, but on using sport as a way to build friendships, create community, meet people where they’re at, and make Jesus known.
It’s a chance to explore the Gold Coast, try different sports, get outside, and discover how something you already love can become a way to share the love of Jesus with others.
Over 11 weeks of lecture phase, you’ll dive deep into knowing God through powerful teaching, discipleship, and living in authentic community.
No matter your current fitness level—you’re welcome here. This DTS is about showing up, giving your all, and becoming who God made you to be—inside and out.
Then, during the 9-week outreach, you’ll take everything you've learned and put it into action—impacting lives around the world with the hope and love of Jesus.
Every level of fitness is welcomed into this DTS.
What Are the Dates?

What Does it cost?
DTS Course costs: $5,800 AUD (Approx. $3500USD) + Sports & Fitness costs: $600 AUD (subject to change) – Enrolment fee, course deposit, tuition, camping, food and accommodation. It does not include visa costs or personal expenses such as toiletries, laundry, snacks, postage, etc.
Outreach costs: $5000 – $6000 AUD – This fee covers all of the expenses incurred whilst being on outreach. Airfares, all meals, transportation, insurances and ministry costs are all included in this fee.
